Back-Office Screen Capture

This section describes the step by step process of how the merchant sub-account transfer requests are approved from the GovNet back-office.

From the GovNet back office, the designated persons can approve sub-account funds transfer request by the merchant(s) and the following are the steps;-

STEPS

  1. Click "Accounts & Recon" Menu.

  1. Click "Merchant Sub-Account Transfers" sub-menu.

  1. A report "Sub-Account Transfers" is displayed. Navigate to the PENDING transfer from the report.

  1. Click the "Edit" Pencil to view the PENDING transfer to APPROVE.

  1. A new pop-up window "Sub-Account Transfer Details," will be displayed.

  1. Click "Approve Transfer" button.

  1. When the button is clicked, a new pop-up window appears to confirm APPROVAL. Click the "Approve Transfer" button again to confirm. Note: Once approved this process is irreversible and the selected accounts are affected accordingly.
