Internal Account Transfers

This section describes the step by step process of how internal account transfers and handles from the GovNet back-office.

STEPS

  1. Click "Accounts & Recon" Menu.

  1. Click "Internal Account Transfers" Sub-menu.

  1. Click "Create" button.

  1. Click the "From Account Type" dropdown. Select Account Type.

  1. Click the "From Account " drop down. Select Account.

  1. Click the "From Wallet" drop down. Select Wallet.

  1. Click the "To Account Type" dropdown. Select To Account Type.

  1. Click the "Receiver Account " drop down. Select Receiver Account.

  1. Click the "To Wallet" dropdown. Select Wallet.

  1. Click the "Transfer Amount " field. Enter Transfer Amount.

  1. Click the "Narration/Purpose" field. Enter Narration for the transfer.

  1. Click "Create" button.

  1. After Create, Click "Confirm Transaction" button.

  1. After clicking the "Confirm Transaction", a new confirmation dialog pop-up click, Click "Confirm Transaction" to approve.
