Managing service commission configurations

STEPS

  1. Click "Service Payments" Main menu.

  1. Click "Service Commission Setup" Sub menu.

  1. Click "Create Commission Configuration" button.

  1. Click the "Service (Value Required)" dropdown. Select Service name.

  1. Click the "Processor (Value Required)" dropdown. Select Processor.

  1. Click the "Commission Rate (%)" field. Enter Value.

  1. Click the "Tax On Commission (%)" field. Enter Value.

  1. Click "Set as Default Configuration" and Select Yes/No.

  1. Click "Has Commission Tier" and select Yes/No.

  1. Click "Is Active" and Select Yes/No.

  1. Click "Create" button.

However in some scenarios the commission Configuration could have tiers, then we need to capture the commission tiers.

  1. From the commission configuration form, set the field Has Commission Tiers to Yes.

  1. A new region "Commission Tier" will appear on the right handside of the form.

  1. Click "Add Row" button.

  1. Click "From Amount" field. Enter Value.

  1. Click "To Amount" field. Enter Value.

  1. Click "Commission(%)" field. Enter Value.

  1. Click "Fixed Commission" field. Enter Value.

  1. Click "Tax on Commison" field. Enter Value.

  1. Click "Save" button to save changes.
