Setup Billable Items

Billable items, when setup appropriately, form the final charge configuration that will be used during transaction time. The section below describes further

For every transaction source (Deposit, Withdraw etc) on the platform, there are billable items attached to it so that when that said transaction source is used for the charge configuration, those configured billable items would automatically be populated so that then the staff member can make the necessary adjustments and thus conclude the charge configuration set up.

The process described below shows how different billable items are updated to ensure the charge configuration is done appropriately.

How to Configure Billable Items in GovNet Backoffice. After setting up the charge configuration details, you can configure the Billable Items for the setup charge configuration. STEPS:

  1. After adding a charge configuration under "Charge Configuration Details " , a new region "Charge Configuration Billable Items" is displayed to allow the creation of the billable items.

  1. Click "Add Billable Item" Button.

  1. Click " Config" dropdown (required field) and select the Config option.

  1. Click " Billable Item" dropdown (required field) and select the Billable Item option.

  1. Click the "Fixed Amount/Rate" field. Enter Fixed/Amount Rate.

  1. Click the "Formular Expression" field. Enter Formular Expression.

  1. Click on "Include in Total Charge" Radio Group and select "Yes/No".
